hey.....try out ur own commands now....

Right-Click On Desktop And Click On New Then Click On Shortcut.

After This Click On Browse And Select The Program That You want to make a Run 

Command For it after this give it name for example TECHBEE

then cut that shortcut and paste it on C:/windows.

And then Goto Run And Type the Command TECHBEE

So That's All You Have Make Your Own Run Command Congratulation.
